Delight in the Rich Flavor of Fresh Black Summer Truffles - C-Grade!
Truffles are a popular delicacy throughout Europe, particularly in the form of edible truffles. They are abundant, easy to preserve, and widely available all year round, making them the most commonly used truffle. The black exterior of the truffle, with its large pyramid-shaped warts, and the whitish to hazel interior, with its crowded and thin whitish veins, are typical characteristics of this heavily harvested truffle. From June to September is generally the peak season for truffles, however it is not uncommon to find them outside of this period.
The black summer truffle has a delightful and delicate aroma, making it a versatile ingredient in the kitchen. It can be finely chopped and added to croutons, enjoyed as part of a pasta dish, or served as an accompaniment to meat.
