We deliver our products to customers from all over the world.
Products with short shelf life and mandatory transport temperature, we use DHL Express.
The DHL Express transite time varies depending on the delivery address. Transit times can check here. Typically between 24 and 96 hours. Also we need about 24-48hours for order processing.
For fresh and frozen products we use boxes with a regulated temperature as required. We use cooling batteries and this increases the weight of the shipment about 2.00 kg and increases the cost of transport.
Terra Ross Ltd. and DHL is not responsible for delaying deliveries due to FDA and CBP inspections.
All products are guaranteed to be fresh and should be inspected immediately upon arrival. Credit will not be granted if unsatisfactory items are discarded or partially consumed. Please keep all packaging intact for any returns. Fresh Truffles and Frozen products should be returned in foam box and ice pack via next day shipping. If perishable items will not be shipped as instructed credit will not be granted. All claims must be made within twenty-four hours of receipt of shipment and a return authorisation will be issued, please send an email to sales@trufflecart.com Once the claim is received and accepted, we will ship again new items or will issue a credit only after the merchandise will be received by our warehouse. No returns will be accepted without previous authorisation.
