Fresh Truffles for Chefs, Restaurants and Wholesale Buyers
Shop fresh seasonal truffles by species, grade and pack size. Truffle Cart serves chefs, restaurant purchasing teams, caterers, specialty retailers, distributors and home cooks who need clear product specifications and live availability. Use each product selector for the current grades, sizes and prices; fresh truffles are harvest-dependent and some variants may be unavailable outside their season.
Fresh white truffles — Tuber magnatum: a pungent white truffle best shaved over warm pasta, risotto, eggs, potatoes and cheese dishes shortly before serving.
Grades describe piece size, appearance and condition; they do not make different species interchangeable. Review the live variant name and product details before ordering. Restaurants and wholesale buyers can request the current lot origin, grade specification, expected piece range, recurring quantities and available pack sizes at info@trufflecart.com or +1 (628) 226-5795.
Fresh truffle storage and kitchen handling
Open the shipment promptly, inspect the truffles and follow the product or package directions. Keep fresh truffles refrigerated in a clean container with dry absorbent paper, replace damp paper, and use promptly while aroma and texture are at their best. Clean gently just before use rather than soaking. Shave or grate over warm, fat-rich foods such as butter, cream, eggs, cheese or olive oil to help carry the aroma.
Compare fresh, frozen and dried truffles
Fresh truffles are best when aroma, texture and tableside presentation matter. For cooked applications, production planning or use beyond the short fresh season, compare the frozen truffle collection and dried truffles and mushrooms. For oils, butter, sauces, carpaccio, juice and seasonings, browse prepared truffle products.
