You purchase from Truffle Cart and keep control of your customer relationship and selling margin. We can ship to you or directly to your client using the approved fulfillment profile.

Sales Partner & Referral Commission

You introduce or attribute the customer; the customer purchases from Truffle Cart. Truffle Cart handles payment, tax, fulfillment, refunds, and customer service, and the approved partner earns a commission after payment clears and the adjustment period closes.

How Trade Access works

  1. Apply. Tell us about your business, customers, order pattern, products, and fulfillment needs.
  2. Get approved. We confirm the correct program, service level, payment method, and operating profile.
  3. Submit the order. Approved B2B orders are reviewed for the current lot, availability, price, ship date, service, address, and payment before release.
  4. We fulfill. We ship using the approved standard or neutral direct-fulfillment profile and provide tracking.

Trade Access

For new, occasional, and reactivated approved partners. Orders begin prepaid and receive human review before release.

Trade Partner

For dependable repeat partners with clean payment and operating history. Benefits can include faster confirmation, priority allocation, and earned short payment terms.

Strategic Partner

For high-value, reliable, profitable relationships with consistent volume and low operational friction. Benefits can include first allocation access, a dedicated owner, and individually approved terms.

Fresh-product standard

Fresh truffles are seasonal and perishable. Availability, grade, origin, price, ship date, and arrival are not final until confirmed for the current lot. If fresh product needs attention, contact Truffle Cart on the day it is received whenever possible and include the order number, photos, package condition, and a description of the issue. We will always try to help.

Payment and approval

New and reactivated partners start prepaid by card or ACH. Reliable partners may earn Net 7 or Net 15 within an approved credit limit. Net 30 is exceptional. An overdue balance pauses new fulfillment and allocation. Trade access, pricing, inventory, allocation, tax treatment, credit, and blind fulfillment are approved individually.

Your client relationship

For approved reseller direct-fulfillment orders, Truffle Cart follows the documented neutral-shipping and non-solicitation profile. Required carrier, legal, traceability, recall, or food documentation can still identify the actual shipper. Full responsibilities are confirmed in the approved partner operating agreement.

Include your business name and website, which program interests you, the products and approximate volume you expect, your normal order frequency, where you ship, the requested arrival date for any active order, and whether shipments are for you or directly for your clients.
