Fresh Tuber melanosporum harvested at an immature, early stage of development.

Important: These truffles are immature and have no developed truffle smell or aroma. Their interiors are naturally pale to creamy white rather than the dark, fully marbled interior associated with mature peak-season black winter truffles.

Format: sold only in a 1 kg (2.20 lb) pack. Smaller quantities are not available.

Natural size, shape, exterior color and maturity may vary from piece to piece. Keep refrigerated at 2–4°C (35–39°F) and use promptly after delivery.
